Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by REDDYS DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("RD SUPPORT", "we"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide IT services including web & app development, cloud & DevOps, automation & integrations, security & compliance, data & analytics, and managed IT support, as specified in signed proposals or statements of work.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are quoted before work begins and may be time-and-materials or fixed-price.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7–15 days).
• Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access.
• Designate a point of contact for approvals and decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment the client receives a license or ownership as specified in the applicable SOW. Third‑party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the engagement.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, you pay for services performed to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
